Our doors opened in 2016 as Karachi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy, the first dedicated BJJ academy in Pakistan.
In 2018, we proudly became Carlson Gracie Team Karachi, part of the International Carlson Gracie Team Federation.

Brazlian Jiu Jitsu teaches us to control our opponent without necessarily hurting them, by using dominant body positions and pins to secure them and not take any damage oneself. -
At CG Karachi, you’ll train under legitimate lineage that can be traced back to the origins of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Our Head Instructor, Prof. Alisha Ahmad received all his grading and belts from Carlson Gracie London. Our lineage can be traced back to the beginning of BJJ, as should all instructors.
